Clients are granted a licence to use delivered content for the purposes agreed at the time of booking. Usage rights typically cover marketing, social media, websites, and internal communications unless stated otherwise.
Commercial usage, including advertising, paid media, sponsorship campaigns, and product promotion, must be agreed in advance. Extended or exclusive licences may incur additional fees.
Content may not be sold, transferred, or licensed to third parties without written permission from ABK Creative. This includes partners, sponsors, or external agencies.
Clients may not alter, re-edit, apply filters, or modify delivered content in a way that misrepresents the original work without prior approval.
Where appropriate, credit to ABK Creative is appreciated, particularly on social and digital platforms. Specific credit requirements can be agreed per project.
ABK Creative reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
