Project details including deliverables, timelines, usage, and fees are agreed prior to commencement. Written confirmation via email or invoice constitutes agreement to proceed.
Payment terms are outlined per project. Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may delay delivery of final assets.
Revisions are limited to what is agreed during project scoping. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
ABK Creative is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by factors outside of reasonable control, including venue restrictions, weather, or third-party actions.
