Payment & Cancellation

This page outlines payment terms, deposits, cancellations, and refunds for services provided by ABK Creative.

Pricing and quotes

All pricing is provided on a project-by-project basis. Quotes are based on scope, duration, location, and deliverables. Quotes are valid for a limited period and may change if the project scope is amended.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure a booking. Work will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment terms

Final payment is due within the agreed timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in delays to delivery of final assets.

Cancellations by the client

If a project is cancelled by the client, notice must be provided as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable. Additional fees may apply if work has already commenced or costs have been incurred.

Rescheduling

Where possible, rescheduling will be accommodated subject to availability. Short-notice rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellations by ABK Creative

In the unlikely event that ABK Creative must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, any payments made will be refunded or an alternative date offered where possible.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided once services have been delivered or work has been completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
