1) What services do you offer?

We provide videography, photography, and creative content for events, brand shoots, property, podcasts, music performances, and other bespoke projects. We also offer post-production editing and social media content creation.

2) How far in advance should I book?

For larger events and busy periods, we recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance. Smaller projects can often be scheduled sooner, but availability varies.

3) Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total project fee is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the shoot (or on delivery for small jobs under £500).

4) What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 30 days before the booking date will result in the deposit being retained but any other payments refunded. Cancellations 8–30 days prior are charged at 75% of the total fee, and cancellations 7 days or fewer are charged in full. See our Payment & Cancellation Policy for full details.

5) How long will it take to receive my final content?

Delivery times vary by project size. For most shoots, final edits are delivered within 2–6 weeks. We’ll confirm an estimated delivery date when you book.

6) How many revisions are included?

One main edit and one round of reasonable amendments are included in the price. Additional revisions or alternate cuts may incur extra charges.

7) Do you travel for shoots?

Yes, we work in Manchester, Liverpool, and beyond. Travel costs may apply for locations outside the local area and will be agreed before booking.

8) Will my content be used in your portfolio?

We may feature your project on our website, social media, or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.

9) What if the weather is bad for outdoor shoots?

We’ll work with you to reschedule or adapt the shoot plan if weather conditions would significantly affect the result. Additional costs may apply if the change involves extra travel or crew.
