Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all videography, photography, and creative content services provided by ABK Creative (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide videography, photography, and related creative services for events, brand shoots, property, podcasts, music performances, and other agreed projects. The exact scope (deliverables, dates, locations) will be set out in your booking confirmation or contract.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled shoot date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For small projects under £500, the balance may be paid on delivery.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • > 30 days before the booking: deposit retained; any additional payments refunded.
  • 8–30 days: 75% of total fee payable (deposit counts toward this).
  • ≤ 7 days: 100% of total fee payable.
  • One reschedule allowed if requested > 14 days in advance; later changes incur a £75 fee and are subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide access, permissions, and schedules required to carry out our work.
  • Supply shot lists, branding guidelines, or other materials in advance where relevant.

5. Delivery & Revisions

  • Typical delivery window is 2–6 weeks depending on project size (agreed per booking).
  • Includes one main edit and one round of reasonable amendments unless otherwise agreed.
  • Additional revisions or alternate cuts may incur extra charges.

6. Ownership & Licensing

Content remains the property of ABK Creative until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non‑exclusive licence for the agreed uses. We may use work in our portfolio, website, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Liability

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or loss caused by events beyond our control (e.g., illness, equipment failure, venue restrictions, adverse weather). Where possible, we will reschedule.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
